Certain services may be available without income limits or less strict limits for elders, victims of crimes 和 their survivors, persons with disabilities, 和 in limited assistance clinics. In addition to our regular service area below, Middlesex 和 Essex county residents seeking assistance with Medicare are also eligible without income restrictions. Applicants for services under the Civil Legal Aid for Victims of Crime (CLAVC) grant are not required to be income eligible.
